Amy Alexander - born in 1980 Melbourne, Australia. Amy is an artist working with animation, comics, illustration and painting to make her characters come to life and is currently studying her Masters in Animation. She has exhibited work in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Brisbane and in private collections in San Francisco, London, Milan and Stockholm. Her 2009 film ‘Two’ screened in the Melbourne International Animation Festival (Best of the Fest) and Newtown Flicks (Runner Up – Student showcase). Her 2003 film ‘Truth and Liars’ won the Picture House Short Film Festival 2006.
Amy’s work’s mainly about love and sometimes about underpants.
